• Good hand-eye co-ordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to work with little direction or supervision
• Stress and time management skills
• Good decision making skills
• Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think logically and suggest ways of improvement
• Strength and stamina required to work with occasional heavy equipment
• A valid Class 1 Drivers Licence
• Can provide a driver's abstract at time of hire and annually thereafter
• Are currently certified in WHIMIS, TDG, First Aid and H2S
